Instructions

Q: Will the Super Summer Pack promotion be available for order on supply, so Chocolatiers can
pre-order and display at their Tasting Parties?
A: Yes! The Canvas Totes are on their way to our distribution center and are expected to arrive later this
month. We’ll send you a notice as soon as they are available for order, so you can showcase the offer at
all your June/July parties.

Q: Can I order more than one?

A: You are limited to one per Chocolatier – we want to ensure that every Chocolatier has a chance to
have this HOT item in their hands come June.

Q: How will party orders be fulfilled?

A: Both Host and Customer orders will ship with the party order.

Q: Do I need to charge Sales Tax on the Host promotion?

A: You should NOT charge Sales Tax on the Super Summer Pack promotion when Hosts earn it for
FREE. You do need to charge Sales Tax on the Pack when purchased as a Customer promotion.

Q: Can a Host or Customer earn more than one Super Summer Pack?
A: Hosts are eligible to earn one pack FREE with a $500 Tasting Party. (They are also eligible for the
Customer promotion and can purchase one at the $10 price when they place a full retail order of $50 or
more.) Customers are eligible for one Super Summer Pack and pay only $10 when they place an order
of $50 or more. Please adhere to these eligibility limits. As always, DOVE CHOCOLATE
DISCOVERIES™ reserves the right to verify eligibility. When in doubt, please contact your Field Services
Team.

Special Ordering Instructions

1. Please remember, when your Host or Customer qualifies for the June/July Super Summer Party Pack
promotion, you need to add it as a separate product item on the order. It will not automatically be
added in our system and ship with the order, so if you don’t add the item number, it will not be included.

Hosts with $500+ Tasting Party – Item No. 6076D

Customers with $50 Order – Item No. 6077D

2. The $50 and $500 requirements do not include Shipping, Handling or Tax and do not include items
purchased with Host Dollars, Half-Price Items or Host Exclusives. A customer must purchase $50 in retail
value alone to receive the promotion, and a Host’s Tasting Party must have a retail value (not including
Host discounted items) of $500.
