Subject: Application under the Right to Information Act, 2005

Regarding

1) Please provide me with all “information “ as defined in section 2(f) of

the Right to Information Act, 2005( the “ Act”) which is an inclusive
definition taking within its scope any material in any form including
records, documents, memos, e-mail, opinions, advices, press releases,
circulars, orders, reports, papers held in any form relating to the
following :

a) Please provide me all the information about the land that has been in
the possession and control of the Deputy Commissioner of Village
Kapadseda, State Delhi? Along with the above information, also
provide me the copy of all the documents which shows such
possession and control of the Deputy Commisioner, Village
Kapadseda?

b) Please provide me all the information about the land that has been in
the possession and control of the Gram Sabha of Village Kapadseda,
State Delhi? Along with the above information, also provide me the
copy of all the documents which shows such possession and control of
the Gram Sabha, Village Kapadseda?
2) Further, in accordance with the provisions of section 2(j) of the Act, I am
also requesting inspection of the relevant work, records, files, documents
etc. relating to the matters set out in sub-paragraphs(a) through(d) of
paragraph 1 above. Please note that the information sought under this letter
includes all minutes of meeting and records of discussions during meeting,
conferences etc.

3) I am depositing the requisite application fee(Rs. 10) separately,

towards payment of fees.

4) Please note that, under Section 6(2) of the Act, I am not required to
give any reasons for requesting this information and that you are
therefore, not permitted to request such reasons.

5) Please note further that refusal on your part to provide the requisite
information as sought for within the period prescribed under the Act
without cause or furnishing any incorrect or misleading information
may result in the imposition of a penalty on you under section 20(1)
of the Act(amounting to two hundred and fifty rupees each day till
application is received or information is furnished subject to a
maximum of Rs. 25,000) and may also result in disciplinary
proceedings against you under section 20(2) of the Act.
