Calculation of costs have been planned and mitigated prior to project concept which formally introduced the project. Calculations are done with ROM (Range of Magnitude) estimates providing ballpark figure as well. Cost variance and earned value (EV) are expressed and represented in chart/graph form. Describe any other aspects of how changes to the Project Cost will be managed: Changes in project cost will be mitigated with bottom up estimations providing adequate monetary fluctuation in anticipation of increased and decreased costs associated with this project.
