To facilitate Hippos deficiency of software limitations, Resolutions will develop a new software that will give Hippo the ability to monitor budget, and track inventory to connect the five locations across three states. Within 120 calendar days and a budget at completion of $67,500.00. Resolution a cross functional team was formed as a client acceptance criteria of this project.

SC comes from other complex obligations That includes PM busy agenda with task and other work.

Sometimes conflicts arises when not all projects are given attention and importance.

Lack of individuals to work on a certain project

Lack of financial resource to complete the deliverables of the project can cause conflicts

Individuals employ emotions that causes conflicts. ruthlessness, lack of principles and poor management style

Mitigations:
Respect each other schedules and communicate in consistency. Teams have to take stock to ensure their priorities still match. Outsource expert judgments in certain areas when possible. Monitor auditing accounting mechanism, and proper planning.
