Dear ________, This regards to HR Audit to make our HR Department strengthen & Smooth functioning.

By this we initiate the process of examine policies, procedures, documentation, systems, and practices with respect to our Organization's Mission. By implementation of this we will be able to review our HR Policies an procedures, and ensure compliance with employment law, eliminate liabilities, implement best practices and educate our Manager. Our objective is to reveal the strengths and weaknesses in the human resources exciting system, and any issues needing resolution or improvement. Mr. ABC is designated for HR & Statutory Audit. He will audit entire process of HR, Admin and Statutory compliance process of TPI on 16th and 17th April 2011 as per the requirement to attend all the functions mentioned below :
