TEAMWORK Learning Team Goal: Today, teamwork is essential in most corporate offices.

Each individual thinks differently however, together we can compromise and come to a conclusion. Each student should be actively involved the learning project to make it a team effort. Together we build confidence, skills and brain storm. As we continue to share ideas, we define our strengths and weakness. As a learning team we can only fail if we have non communication and closed minds. Our team meets at a convenient time for everyone so we can all participate. Our goal is to complete our assignment in a timely manner.

Ground Rules: The ground rules are agreed upon with everyone. Sometime the rules will be broken or bent to exercise a person need. The rule for meeting places, attendance, and assignment expectation are very important. The student is expected to bring their part of the puzzle to make it complete. One rule is that students need to respect each other. Another rule is to listen carefully before rejecting someones idea. Teamwork is power and how we use it is very important.

Communication Methods: How will the team stay in touch with each other? Now we have Facebook, Hawkmail, cell phones, ipads and email to communicate as often as needed. We should stay in touch with each other on a weekly basis in case an emergency comes up. By communicating more we form a relationship with our team members, far beyond just the classroom. We can learn from feedback of team members.

Conflict Management: When conflict arises what will we do? Complain, or feel disgusted? If one member is sick or has death in his or her family will we put together the project as if the person was there. We as a team will do extra work to finish the assignment by the deadline.
