    Sir, I am Azizunnessa Ahmed, working as a teacher in your school. I have undergone a kidney transplant surgery recently. I have not fully recovered yet and as per my doctor s advice I have to stay under complete bed-rest. As a result, I would require a leave starting from July 10 to July 31.

    Under the circumstances, I would request you to accept my prayer for leave and oblige thereby.
