RESPONSIBILITIES 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Provide direct customer interface. Schedule and coordinate the training, development of field service and repair personnel and supervise their activities in safety, turbine access including all related equipment and composite repair and services. Manage the communication of procedures and work instructions between engineering and service technicians. Manage the deployment of mobile field service assets. Manage and provide cost information to accounting for weekly invoicing. Manage field reports from field technicians to business manager and engineering. Provide input during interviews for new hires.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Fluency in Spanish and English. Services Management experience, particularly in the Wind Energy Industry Familiar with composites shop and field repair techniques. Computer/electronic communications experience. Bachelor of Science or Arts in Engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education: Minimum High School and some technical/college course instruction.
