Suhoor

Have Suhoor and do not forget to renew your Niyya (intention) to fast.

Having Suhoor is itself a Niyya.

And the more you delay Suhoor , the better.

Suhoor is a meal of blessing, so do not abandon it, even by taking a sip of water.

And the best of Suhoor: having Suhoor by eating Tamr (dates).

The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said:[ Suhoor is a blessing which Allah has given to you, so do not leave it. ]
[Reported by Imaam Ahmed and Nisa'I, and approved by Al Albani (1636) in Al Saheeh Al Gami' book]

The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said:[ Have Suhoor, even if it a single sip of water. ]
[Reported by Ibn Hayyan in his Sahih book and Al Albani said: Hasan (well) Sahih (authentic) (1071) in Sahih Al Targheeb]

The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said:[ What a good suhoor for the believer is dates ]
[Reported by Abu Dawood and Ibn Habbaan in his Sahih book and approved by Al Albani (1072) in Sahih Al Targheeb]

And be aware

That your following of the guidance of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) may lead to Allah's guidance to you and His granting you the correct vision.

The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said:[ Verily Allah and His Angels send blessings upon those who eat Sahoor ]
[Reported by Ibn Habbaan and Al Tabrani in Al Awsat book and improved by Al Albani (1844) in Sahih Al Jami']

It is He who sends blessings to you, as do His angels, so that He may bring you out of the darkness into the light. He is most merciful to the believers. ]
Allah (Subhan Wa Ta'ala) said:[
[Al Ahzab:43]

Abul-Aaliyah said: The Salaah (blessing) of Allah upon the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) is His praising him among the higher group (the angels) and the angels' duaa for him.

Verily Allah sending blessings upon His servant means acceptance of him by His immensity, taking them out of the state of their darkness into the elevation of illumination.

So O you who complain from the absence of the correct vision because of the abundance of the darkness of delusion O you who desire the path of guidance and do not know how to head for it These are the lights of guidance, this is the straight path of your God Glad tidings to you. I ask Allah to open the closed doors for you and me. Say Amen.
