    * PREFACE *
    In the present conditions we must have a practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge for this purpose the financial report is include in the part of course curriculum. It helps to know about the financial condition in the company. Only theoretical knowledge it must be accompanied with practical expensive to add meaning to education. As a student of S.Y.B.B.A. preparation of financial analysis of any company is an important part of our practical studies to clear some concept of finance. For this purpose I have chosen GRASIM LTD. I have gathered the data related to financial accuracy of the company to prepare the report of the financial analysis. I have made a sincere attempt to analysis the financial statement of last three years of the company.

    First of all I take the chance to thank prof. SEEMA HARIRAM for giving me this opportunity to under takes this project. Secondly, I would like to thank prof.
