TOPIC: Tamang Paraan ng Paghugas ng Kamay DESCRIPTION OF LEARNERS: Children aging 0-6 years of age with their mothers and other health conscious residence of San Roque, Calabanga GENERAL OBJECTIVE: For the target population to know and be aware of the importance of proper hand washing as one of the most effective and cheapest way to avoid illness thus be able to perform it and incorporate in their lives.

STEPS OF PROPER HAND WASHING WITH CORRESPONDING RATIONALE 1. Gather all materials needed 2. Remove watch and other jewelries 3. Roll sleeves above elbows 4. Open the faucet and adjust the flow 5. Wet hands thoroughly 6. Apply soap on both hands 7. Rub hands palm to palm 8. Rub back of each hand 9. Rub the wrists in circular motion 10. Interlace the fingers then move hands back and forth 11. Rub each finger clasped in opposite hand using rotational movement 12. Rub tips of fingers in opposite palm in a circular motion 13. Rub with back of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked 14. Rinse hands thoroughly 15. Dry hands by wiping it using a towel
