Whack Campaign

Our Logo

Just as a google doodle we propose the logo for Hindustan Times along with its Whack campaign.

In the logo we show the man standing with a stick showing that he has the power. But what he needs is a WHACK to get him working with the stick. A Whack From behind using a rolled up paper shown in the logo depicts the importance of the campaign to get people moving and use their powers.

The Theme of Video AD

A man is standing alone in a Balcony in his flat. He has a lot of problems that are lingering in his mind

The problem's one by one slowly are being narrated in different voices as if it was going on in his mind.

Beginning to narrate the problems from a slow pace to a fast pace , portraying a situation of confusion and unrest in his mind.

This voice of narrations goes on increasing and then the voices kind of screeches off depicting complete unrest in the man's mind due to social as well as personal problems

All of the above is shot first from the side angle view and then turning the camera so as to focus on his head from the back.

The view is now taken from the ground floor. The shot being taken from the third person view including the distant man and the newspaper distributor.

The newspaper distributor then throws the rolled newspaper towards the balcony of the man

The view is again taken from close up from the side of the man.

The rolled newspaper comes and hits the man's head as a WHACK!!

The Focus in the last shot being only on the paper.

The newspaper falls on the floor and the man pics it up and sees
