MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING HELD LAST JULY 10, 2011 INSIDE THE BARANGAY HALL

Meeting called to order at exactly 8:10 p.m. by Punong Barangay Lorenzo P. Larion. Invocation lead by Kagawad Danilo Lazaro. Proceedings: 1. Signing of documents for the purchases Punong Barangay Lorenzo Larion request the council to sign all pertinent documents for the purchase of materials for beautification projects, purchase of handheld radios and office supplies. Punong Barangay also ask from the Secretary list of office supplies to be purchase to consider priorities. Council review and signed the documents. 2. Peace and Order - Punong Barangay Lorenzo Larion finalized with the council stuffs to be purchase for peace and order namely handcuffs, rubber boots sizes 9,10,11 (4 pairs), T-shirt with logo for Tanods, flashlight, whistle, arnis stick, rain coat (5 pcs.) and cable tie. Motion to purchase said materials, approved. 3. August 07, 2011 Feeding Punong Barangay Lorenzo Larion advised the council that there is going to be a feeding on August 07, 2011 to be held in front of Barangay Hall. Gift giving will follow right after. Barangay to distribute a kilo of sugar and 2 kilos of rice with shirt for each family of Barangay 624. Council and Punong Barangay agreed to feed the children with Spaghetti, sandwich and ice cream. Motion to attend feeding and gift giving , approved. 4. House Plate # As the first major project of SK, Punong Barangay Lorenzo Larion asked Ms. Khollin Pena (SK-Chairwoman) status of the her project. SK updating the council said everything is okey. Reported actual number of houses to be filled in. Punong Barangay ordered Treasurer Cesar del Carmen to proceed with the documentation for request of funds to materialized the project. Fund also to include budget for Anti Drug Campaign. Motion to prepare documents for fund request, approved.

There being no other matters to be taken, the meeting was adjourned at exactly 8:30p.m.
