ABSOLUTE SALE OF FIREARM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Deed, made and executed in the place and date mentioned herein below by and between: ______________________, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence and postal address at ________________________, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR. -and______________________, of legal age, married, with residence and postal address at _____________________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute owner of the following firearm described as follows: Control No. Model / Caliber: FA Lic. Serial No: Kind / Make: WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell, transfer, cede and convey all his rights, title and interest in the firearm above-described and the VENDEE has agreed to said sale, transfer and conveyance under the terms and conditions set forth below: NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of _____________________________ (P_________), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR, said VENDOR do hereby absolutely sell, cede, transfer, and convey, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, in favor of the VENDEE, his assigns and successors-in-interests the property above-described. That the VENDOR hereby represents and warrants valid license to and peaceful possession of, the firearm herein sold and conveyed, and further declares that the same is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever. That the VENDEE should arrange all the necessary documents required by the Philippine National Police Firearms and Explosives Division (PNP/FED) for the said transfer and that the VENDOR will only release the firearm unit to the VENDEE after receiving from PNP/FED the corresponding documents & license of the said FA that already bears the name of the VENDEE.
