Medical Management:

Upon admission to the OB Ward (November 18, 2009), her Physician was ordered her Intravenous Fluid of D5LR 1 L x 30 drops per minute and her medication of cefuroxime prior to operation room. On the next day is her operation for her case-multiple myoma which is the .November 20, 2009 she was already at OB ward the doctors ordered for her a flat on bed every 6 hours and a oxygen inhalation via nasal canulla at 2-3 LPM, another intravenous fluid was replaced D5Lr 1 L every 8 hours and hemoglobin is the procedure done to her this day also continue taking her medication (cefuroxime).Another medication ordered by the physician Nallapin 5 mg Slow IV Push or SIVP every 4 hours x 2 doses as needed for severe pain. Afterwards, general liquids was instructed to her by her attending physician also IVF of D5Lr every 8 hours,D5NM every 8 hours and D5Lr every 8 hours was ordered. The nurse also removed the indwelling Foley Catheter.
