the mutual coupling among the radiating elements and the (isolated and/or embedded) radiation
patterns of the individual elements.
O A major part of the analysis is, therefore, to
find the electromagnetic fields on the surface and the far field in the presence of this complex
and, in general, arbitrarily shaped body.
