ACTIVITY REPORT FOR THE MONTHS JANUARY-JUNE, 2011

Due to security reason the routine office work was performed for 3 days a weak on regular basis. Similarly on each Sunday of the month, the Cluster Representatives meeting were held in which projects proposals for the next JPRM (2011) were discussed and handed over to the Program Manager, BDN, FR-Peshawar for further

necessary action. On 26th June (Sunday) 2011, the BDN community gathered once again to chalk out modus operandi for utilization of the unspent balance in the GFATM account in the bank. The community was of view that the unspent amount to the tune of Rs 0.5 million be utilized on construction of wash room in the densely populated houses where the facility is lacking. The community demanded the JPRM 2011 to be held on priority so that new projects could be discussed and recommended for approval of the authorities. In the same meeting the community representative thanked all

concerned specially the WHO and Ministry of Health for

their endeavors already undertaken for over coming the miseries of poor masses of the backward area of FRPeshawar. They further assured all out support for taking forward the Basic Development Needs Program on the path of success.
