A = Control Panel Error
Power On? Action: Check to see that no buttons on the control panel are “stuck”
or held down. Call Scanner/Scale On-site Service personnel to swap
the scanner/scale.

c = Calibration Error
Action: The scale has lost calibration. Call Scanner/Scale Support
personnel check and recalibrate the scale. Aux. Remote Power Scale Scale Scan EAS

0 = Scanner Interface Configuration Error
Test? Action: Call Scanner/Scale On-site Service personnel to swap the
scanner/scale.
