Four "demonstrative days" of

Mercato alla Voce, along a two


months period (15 September -
15 November)
Objective

to promote a different marketing model

Addressed to

small handicraft fishing operators and to consumers


Particular attention was addressed to "LAMPUGA" or
"Coriphaena Hippurus", known in Sicily as "capone" or
"piscicapuni."
Fish was directly sold by the boats anchored to
the bench of the Zanagora dock (Ortigia area of
the town).
The fish purchased by consumers was
packaged in special plastic bags for
foods realized on purpose by the
Consortium and marked by the project
and partners logos
Each weekend (Friday, Saturday) two hostesses are present near the
city market of Ortigia to distribute promotional material to the potential
consumers
