to advise that Councilwill be holding a planning consultation meeting about the above application. The purpose of the meeting is to provide all parties with an opportunity to discuss the proposal. The details of the meeting are as follows:

Planning Consultation Meetings usually take about one hour to 1.5 hours (for more complex applications) to complete. The following agenda is proposed:

Planning officer to introduce parties, including Councillors; The planning officer will chair, manage the agenda and facilitate the meeting; The planning officer to briefly explain the policies that relate to the application, any relevant history; The agenda will be divided into relevant and non relevant planning issues; Discussion of planning issues, summarised from objections received; Facilitation of possible amendments to plans; Planning officer to explain to the meeting the next steps in the planning process and close the meeting.

Please note that amended plans have been todged since the completion of the advertising period. A copy of those plarts is attached. The plans show (amongst other things) the deletion of one level, increased setbacks at upper levels and alterations to the fagade detailing. As these are now the plans on which Council will make their decision, it is recommended that you review them prior to the consultation meeting.
