Instructions for applications for Erasmus Mundus action 2 scholarships for Uppsala University 2010-2011

BA/MA 6 or 10 months
Follow the general instructions on the website of the relevant Erasmus Mundus action 2 project website. Read the Courses taught in English carefully (http://www.inter.uadm.uu.se/pdf/COURSES.pdf) Please pay extra attention to the section Week numbers and course mapping. List the courses you want to take in your application. Make sure you have chosen at least 30 ECTS/ semester. If you like you may add additional back-up courses in case your original choice was not accepted. Please check for prerequisites and any clashes in scheduling.

MA 22 months (full degree)


Follow the general instructions on the website of the relevant Erasmus Mundus action 2 project website. Make sure to state the intended master programme you are applying for. All master programmes taught in English can be found at http://www.uu.se/en/node455. Read carefully about the requested prerequisites under each programme.

The minimum English requirements for studies at BA and MA level at Uppsala University through Erasmus Mundus are
TOEFL Only official score reports are accepted (no web screen-shots etc) mark 4.5 in the written test and a total score of 575 (paper-based test) mark 4.0 in essay writing and a total score of 213 (computer-based) mark 17 in the written test and a total score of 90 (Internet-based). IELTS Only official score reports are accepted (no web screen-shots etc) An overall mark of 6.5 and no section below 5.5. Cambridge: CAE, CPE. Evidence that the only language of instruction in your current education is in English.

A bachelors degree with a major in English. PHD/ Post-doc/ Staff applications
