Justification
The increasing importance of civil-military interactions places a premium on close cooperation and coordination among international organizations playing their respective, interconnected roles in crisis prevention and management. This dictates standardization and common sense in NATO terminology. There are a lot of terms trying to explain civil-military interactions. In order to clarify this, the NATO environment needs terminology that is understood in the same and common way. Current NATO terminology does not include this proposed term.
