Anne Garney is originally from the states. A few facts: Anne started painting at the age of ten She brings paints wherever she goes, even the grocery store She hates pigeons Before she started painting, she was a homebuilder Her paintings sell anywhere between 700$-10,000$ She paints any landscape that appeals to her She often gets the basics from what she wants to paint from the actual place She uses photographs in her studio after she has basic lines on a canvas Her favorite artist is Ross Vogt She is a fauve artist

I personally chose Anne Garney as my artist, because I enjoy the bright outgoing colors that she uses, and also her thick lines. What she paints also appeals to me, because her scenes are very natural and mostly tropical. Her colors of choice are wonderful, thick and expressive. Though I usually enjoy more darker colors, I find her use very enjoyable. Some of her top inspirational artists are Don Tiller, Barbara

Gurwitz, and Ross Vogt.
