Hardware: Locksets - mortise or cylindrical; lever design; do lockset cylinders have interchangeable cores; keyway designation for adding keys to master (from o wner); manufacturer if matching. Interior Glazing: Wire glass; fire-rated glass. Ceramic Tile: Module size; glazed or unglazed; thinset or thickset; ceramic tile thresholds or resilient joiner molding at doors; product if matching. Acoustical Panel Ceilings: Grid width and color if not white; acoustical ceiling panel size; edge detail - square or reveal; color if not white; product if matc hing. Base: Material, toe - cove or straight, height - 2-1/2, 4, or 6 inches; product if matching. Resilient Flooring: Verify no asbestos abatement required; product if matching. Carpeting: Sheet carpeting or carpet tile; product if matching. Paint: Walls - epoxy or latex enamel; Directories: Metal trim or wood; back surface natural cork, colored cork, or sla twall; standards and brackets with glass shelves; sliding door lock or bottom-ra il mounted lock.
