    RBI SECRET DOCUMENTS ANNUAL POSSESSION CERTIFICATE AS ON 01-04-2011


    CERTIFIED that1) the cipher code (varying no. 5028) and last amendment slip thereto (bearing no. 273-283 dated 05-01-2006) 2) the treasury agencies private check signal books (varying no. 448) and last amendment slip thereto (bearing no. dated 10-03-1963) 3) the secret memorandum on differences likely to be found between genuine and forge notes (bearing no. 03269) 4) the memorandum indicating the special security features of the new designe notes to distinguish genuine notes from attempted forgeries (bearing no. ) 5) the steel sealer for security patent remittance boxes.*

    *If already destroyed, kindly confirm. supplied to this office are held in the personal custody of the undersigned that the books mentioned at items no. 123 above incorporate all the amendments there to issued upto date the last amendment slip being numbered dated and dated and dated respectively.
