Course Description : This course is designed to help the students to express ideas spontaneously in discussion and debate. The students introduced to various expressions commonly used in discussion and debate. The students are also given the opportunity to practice various debate system such as Australasian, Asian and British parliamentary system. Standard Competency : The students are able to: 1. use the appropriate expressions required discussion and debate 2. acquire skills l in discussion and debate 3. express ideas smoothly 4. understand different rules in various debate system 5. participate actively using different debating systems
