As of Aug23:
Removed validation when agent enters event schedule past 2:00PM (or as indicated in the package’s
allowable time). Instead, a message appears with option to continue (to save)

As of Aug 22:
On the Login Screen: Removed the Test Button. When Agent presses the [Enter[ key, the software will
validate the correct username and password (instead of Admin).

In Client Window: Automatic Payment Computation is now executed even when status is “Confirmed”.
In Client Window: Indicator on payments (red highlight) for late payments --when ‘payment date’ >
‘current date’ and ‘amount due’ > ‘amount paid’
In Client Window: When payment1 is less than amountdue1, amountdue2 adjusts to include balance from
payment1. Please check again. Thanks.

New Report: Late Payments. This automatically appears (after login) to list all clients with late payments
(1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th payments)

As of Aug21:
Reports: ‘History of Activities’ now included. Please check. Thanks
Time stamps are included in the ‘History of Activities’ report.

On Scheduler Window: Garden Wedding’s symbol is the asterisk (*). If Garden Wedding, the asterisk
appears after the client name and expiry date. Also, The footnote appears (below the scheduler) if there are
Garden Weddings in the date chosen.

Updates before Aug21

1. Admin has no rights to delete other people’s record. I thought admin can do anything to other
agent’s records?

Please try again. We have tested it and Admin can delete any record. Please inform us if this version
still does not permit Admin to delete any record, so we can look for other possible problem. Thanks.

Reserved 3 clients under same venue. It followed the rule PB1, PB2 and PB3

Error 1:
However, when I moved PB 2 to another venue, it retains PB2 when in fact client should be PB1.

You were able to address this but when PB2 was moved to another venue. PB3 still remained it’s PB3 status. It
should have moved to PB2.

Error 2:
When I moved PB3 to confirmed/ booked, it doesn’t allow me. However, wrong error message posted. (message:
cannot continue, another event starts in less than 3 hours)ok…

Error 3:
When I wanted to change status of PB1 to booked. It wouldn’t let me. Error message: cannot continue, slot occupied
by another event. This shouldn’t be the case since PB1 has first priority.
