    1. The Board of Directors of the Associates to Develop Democratic Burma is aware of Harn Yawnghwe, EBO Executive Directors visit to Burma. 2. It is a private visit. 3. The Board is satisfied that Harns visit will not adversely affect EBO operations. EBO is the operations arm of ADDB. 4. Harn is not authorized to negotiate anything with the Government of Myanmar on behalf of the Associates to Develop Democratic Burma, Canada, or the Euro Burma Office, Brussels. 5. Any ADDB/EBO policy decisions have to be approved by the full Board in Canada. 6. The key objective of ADDB is the promotion of democracy in Burma.
