In the telecommunication industry on a conceptual level, VAS adds value to the standard service offering motivating the subscriber to use their phone more & allowing the operator to drive up their ARPU.

    Objective: To know about the VAS of major telecom players in BBSR & which VAS are most used by pepole. Data sources: Primary data & secondary data.

    Sampling Plan: Sample size- 100 Sampling frame- BBSR(IMIS, Ravitakis area, Sahid Nagar, Bapuji Nagar, Kalpana area, Unit-4, Rasulgarh) Sampling method- Convenience sampling Survey- Questionnaire
