Abstract: Teaching English to non-native speakers has been a subject of much discussion and challenge.

There are many approaches, styles, and methods. However, it appears that for the best results the consideration of the student, their culture, the instructional method, and other factors is mandatory. A holistic method is needed. By comparing the methods, the learning styles, and cultures, this paper demonstrates how to use the inherent strengths in each and how to compensate for their weaknesses.
