ON LINE SUBMISSION OF PRE EXAMINATION FACULTY FEEDBACK & STUDENT HANDBOOK DECLARATION FORM BY THE STUDENTS ODD SEMESTER ACADEMIC SESSION 2011 - 2012

The pre examination faculty feedback forms for each course faculty are available on - line on Amizone for the students which can be accessed by clicking on My Faculty link on the left menu. It is mandatory for each student to fill up & submit the pre examination faculty feed back forms on line for all the courses taught in the current semester as well as submit the student handbook declaration form duly completed in all respects at the respective institution, if not submitted earlier. As you are already aware that we had already linked the approval of the examination form by the Head of Institution with the submission of pre examination faculty feedback forms on line by the student for all courses & with the on line confirmation of submission of student handbook declaration form by the student. No student will be permitted to appear in the end semester examinations without the examination admit card Your examination admit card will only be printed when you have submitted the pre examination faculty feedback on line for all the courses taught in the current semester and also submitted the student handbook declaration form duly completed in all respects at the respective institution. You are therefore advised to submit the feedback forms on - line for all the courses taught in the current semester at least 3 days prior to the last class of the semester but not later than a week before the commencement of end term examinations.
