The live broadcast of the Brian Lehrer Show, Decade 9/11: Tom Kean Live, was held at Kasser auditorium, Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ on August 30, 2011. Former NJ Governor and co-Chairman of the Ofcial 9/11 Commission Tom Kean was interviewed and questioned about a leaet that Donald Meserlian, PE (and National Leader of the Patriots Citizens Campaign for a 9/11 Grand Jury Investigation), and Phil Schrader (Editor/Publisher of The Sovereign monthly newspaper) distributed to attendees as they entered the theater. The leaet, Questions for Participants in the Brian Lehrer Show Montclair State University, contained three indisputable examples of evidence that explosives, not res, caused the Twin Towers and WTC 7 to collapse. Brian Lehrer stated that all three buildings fell in free fall time and this could only occur with a controlled demolition and Tom Kean responded, I dont believe it. As an attorney he should have known that indisputable evidence is what a jury uses in determining their verdict. Tom Kean was handed this leaet (see below) by me personally as he entered the auditorium. He recalled that he was a guest in my home approximately 40 years ago. He had sufcient time to read the leaet and know the truth that explosives caused the collapse of all three towers. His denial of the truth is the nal proof required that the US government and
