MEANING
CMMUNICATION IS AN EVER PRESENT ACTIVITY, BECAUSE IT IS THE MEANS BY WHICH PEOPLE RELATE TO ONE ANOTHER. COMMUNICATION IS THE TRANSFER OF INFORMATION AND UNDERSTANDING FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER PERSON. IT IS THE WAY OF REACHING OTHERS WITH IDEAS, FACTS, THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND VALUES. IT IS THE BRIDGE OF MEANING AMONG PEOPLE ,SO THAT THEY CAN SHARE WHAT THEY FEEL AND KNOW. BY USING THIS BRIDGE , A PERSON CAN SAFELY CROSS THE RIVER OF MISUDERSTANDING THAT SOME TIME SEPARATE PEOPLE.
IMPORTANCE OF COMMUNICATION
COMMUNICATION IS AS NECESSARY TO AN ORGANISATION AS THE BLOODSTREAM IS TO A PERSON. ORGANISATION CAN NOT EXIST WITHOUT AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. IF THERE IS NO EFFECTVE COMMUNICATION:

THE FIFTH STEP IS TO DECODE THE MESSAGE, SO THAT IT CAN BE UNDERSTOOD THE MESSAGE EXACTLY AS IT WAS SENT. COMMUNICATION IS WHAT THE RECEIVER UNDERSTANDS, NOT THE RECEIVER SAYS/SENDS. ONCE THE RECEIVER HAS OBTAINED AND DECODED THE MESSAGE, HE HAS THE OPURTUNITY TO ACCEPT OR RECEIVE IT. THE RECEIVER HAS TO USE THE INFORMATION BY PERFORMING THE TASK AS DIRECTED. THE RECEIVER ACKNOWLEDGES THE MESSAGE AND RESPONDS TO SENDER IS CALLED FEED BACK. FEED BACK COMLETES THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS.
