ABSTRAK

Dengan sistem pakar dapat dikembangkan suatu metode statik dalam penyelesaian suatu masalah, yaitu penyelesaian bertahap setiap permasalahan menurut tingkat dari permasalahan tersebut, hal ini jika diaplikasikan pada teknologi akan dapat membantu dalam tercapainya sumber informasi data yang absolut Semakin berkembangnya dunia telekomunikasi, semakin banyak pula pemakaian mediakomunikasi yaitu handphone, karena pentingnya kebutuhan akan komunikasi dibutuhkan suatu metode penyelesaian gangguan terhadap alat komunikasi kususnya handphone. Dengan teknologi pemrograman WML yang terkonfigurasi dengan HTML, penyelesaian kerusakan handphone dapat diakses melalui internet dengan media handphone, setiap kerusakan dengan sistem pakar menggunakan metode statik akan didapatkan konkulsi atau penyelesaian menyeluruh dan bertahap. Sehingga selain mendapatkan informasi data dari buku atau reparasi langsung , user dapat mengakses data dari internet, dalam situasi apapun user dapat memperoleh informasi data dengan mengakses Wap brower pada handphone.
