Symptom Details (How to Duplicate Problem)

When you insert a CD or DVD Disc into the set. It will not read the disc, and it will display No Disc message on front panel.

How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)

- After open the top case, and the disc insert into the set. - If the disc turn slowly better than the normal set. - Use the multi-meter and measure the resistance value of the Spindle motor. (Put , the range of the multi-meter)

<Resistance Value of normal Spindle : about 8.4 > <SPEC : 7.9 8%>

<Resistance Value of abnormal Spindle : 1.3>
