Consider that there is competition in market.

The hiring oI 25 employees is Ior lower position or say Ior entry level jobswho are expected to have only
one year oI job experience.There are 28 people ready Ior promotions.But the vacancies are Ior entry
level jobs.So these people cannot be selected.

For the selection oI people Ior current 25 vacancies, interviews are concucted.150 graduates are called
Ior the interview.The minimum eligibility is that oI just 1 year prior experience.
The 24 vacancies which accont Ior 2 vacancies an 12 branches can be Iilled by internal people who are
ready Ior promotion.Using replacement chart the appropriale candidate can be determined.And the
subsequent lower level jobs can be Iilled by external recruitment.We can`t hire candidates Ior higher level
jobs only in the expectation that the need may arise.And iI that is not possible then consulting agencies
can be approached Ior Iilling the vacancies.
