As a part of your role in public services you have been given the responsibility of encouraging citizens to become involved in the citizenship of their own communities. You are to prepare to address various groups with the necessary evidence of how beneficial the concept has already been in other areas.

Prepare a booklet which will be used for members of the community to take home and read at their leisure. The information needs to be informative about existing community projects and inspiring enough to make people want to become involved themselves.
