One repeat of scarf body chart measures approx 5"/12.5cm wide and 2"/5cm long using 2 strands of yarn held tog and size 6 (4mm) needles. TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.
STITCH GLOSSARY

SKP Slip 1 st as if to knit, knit 1 st, pass slip st over knit st. SK2P Slip 1 st as if to knit, knit 2 sts tog, pass slip st over k2tog. S2KP Slip 2 sts as if to knit, knit 1 st, pass slip sts over knit st.
SCARF BODY

Provisional cast on Using crochet hook and scrap yarn of a similar weight, chain 30. Cut a tail and pull the tail through the last chain. With size 6 needles and 2 strands of Fino held tog, pick up 23 stitches through the 'purl bumps' on the back of the crochet chain. Be careful not to split the scrap yarn, as this makes it difficult to pull out the crochet chain at the end. Next row (WS) With 2 strands of yarn held tog, sl 1, knit to end of row23 sts. First half Next row (RS) Work row 1 of Scarf body chart 25 sts. Work even foll chart until 15 reps of 12-row pattern have been worked. Next row (RS) Work row 1 of Scarf end chart. Work even foll chart until all 14 rows have been worked 5 sts. Bind off loosely. Second half To remove cast-on chain, pull out the scrap yarn tail from the last crochet stitch. Gently and slowly pull on the scrap yarn to unravel the crochet stitches, carefully placing the 23 released knit sts on a needle, with RS facing. With 2 strands of yarn held tog, work same as for first half of scarf. Block carefully. O
