TERMS OF SERVICE The following are the terms of PowerSoft Technologies (PowerSoft) regarding service delivery to its clients.

The Service Provider is in the business of installation of software, networking and providing systems and support as well as supply of official printing papers. Our Charges Installation Charges ranges GHC 300 TO GHC 1500 depending on the depending on the stock available and the software to be installed. Conditions 1. 6 MONTHS FREE SYSTEM SERVICE & SUPPORT For a period of six months we will be available on a 24/7 basis to serve by providing support to software system installed. This service is provided at no cost. 2. POST 6 MONTHS SERVICE CHARGES Our charges may vary from time to time depending on the nature of the problem on our clients system. i. Networking Charge GHC 50.00 ii. Re installation + Networking GHC 200 iii. Accounting Services per month Charge - GHC 100 iv. Supply of A4 sheet GHC 8.00 v. Software Upgrade (Annually) GHC 200 3. BILLING ARRANGEMENT a. Payment of the above service can be paid instantly. Billing occurs at the end of each month with the description of work performed during that month b. Bills are payable within 5 days of the date of the invoice. 4. NON PAYMENT If company does not pay a bill sent by service provider or complies with a request for payment in advance within 5 days after the invoice is sent or the request is made, Service Provider may immediately stop acting for the company.

5. REQUEST FOR FEE DETAILS & REMAINING WORK ESTIIMATE Service Provider will provide upon request the itemized details of the work, fees and costs incurred so far and estimate of the work, fees and costs payable to complete the matter.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE BY CLIENT Our Clients may terminate service with us by notifying of any unsatisfied performance in our service delivery. 7. TERMINATION OF SERVICE BY POWERSOFT Service Provider may terminate this agreement and stop acting for company if: i. ii. iii. Company does not comply with this Agreement; Service Provider forms the opinion on reasonable grounds, the mutual confidence and trust do not exist between both parties; There exist difficulties in bill collection.
