First and foremost we apologize for the canned sardines are in expired date. We just received the stock of sardines form the supplier a few days before purchased by sir. We did not realize that the sardines were expired, and this is our mistake for not checking thoroughly before selling them. Therefore, we will inform the matter with the supplier to find out. Secondly, a dented can of sardines. We apologize for this matter. For your information, our company is the lack of experienced staff to maintain the storage and food stocks, because of this we had to hire a part time workers are less experienced to fill in this section. We promise this will not happen again and will train our employees to be more efficient in handling and food stocks. We also regret the contents of milk which is different from usually. After we received complaints from you, we make checks on the content of the condensed milk and the results we found, condensed milk content is different. In this regard, we will seek assurance from the supplier as soon as possible and will discontinue sales of condensed milk is temporarily unavailable. Please accept our sincere apologies for this matter and disappointment caused on your shopping day in our supermarket.

We will take responsibility to replace all the food items were broken in your list purchased and we are pleased to invite you to come our supermarkets to make claim for damages. You have my assurance that this will not happen again in the future.
