Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) 6 is the industry standard for enterprise Java computing. Utilize the new, lightweight Java EE 6 Web Profile to create next-generation web applications, and the full power of the Java EE 6 platform for enterprise applications. Developers will benefit from productivity improvements with more annotations, more POJOs, simplified packaging, and less XML configuration.

Course Contents:
Throughout this course, extensive hands-on exercises based on an evolving case study provide you with practical experience in developing applications with Java EE: Developing Java Servlets, and Java Server Pages (JSP). Designing Interfaces with Java Server Faces (JSF). Working with database using Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) and Java Persistence API (JPA). Calling Web Services (WS) from Servlet/JSP/JSF. Essentials of Application Development Framework (ADF).

Course Duration:
Three Months.

Tools:
NetBeans 7.0 and JDeveloper 11g R1 Glassfish Application Server 3.1 and WebLogic Application Server 11g Oracle Database 11g or IBM DB2 Database.

Wednesday and Thursday, 06:00 pm to 09:00 pm
