Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), the government agency for regulating media. 3. Geo Sports, a competitor operated by Geo Network. 4. Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO), the government agency for regulating patent rights and laws. . 5. Demographics of Pakistani society including ethnic groups. 6. National Assembly of Pakistan. 7. Different sports associations and clubs in Pakistan.

    Note: The list of external factors influencing the new channel is not limited to the 7 factors mentioned above and there are many other factors which can be mentioned instead of them.
