ABSTRACT Hydrogen sulphide or H2S is one of pollutants from gasification process.

It is a colorless, poisonous and often comes from a result of bacterial breakdown of organic matter. For an example, H2S can be produced from the palm oil mill effluent biogas. Since it is very toxic, it must be treated well. In this modeling report, adsorption of hydrogen sulphide using the natural zeolite, namely clinoptilolite was observed using different sizes of adsorbent. Clinoptilolite is a natural zeolite comprising a microporous arrangement of silica and alumina tetrahedral. The adsorbent used for this experiment is 2 to 4 mm, 3 to 7 mm and 5 to 9 mm. Then, further investigation was done to find out the main reason of the biogas impregnated by itself when it exposures to the air.
