Berdasarkan table diatas didapatkan informasi bahwa responden yang spermanya infertile sebanyak 60% melakukan perilaku merokok lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan yang tidak merokok yaitu sebanyak 30%. Hasil uji chi-square (Yates correction) didapatkan nilai p value sebesar 0,005 (p value < 0,05) sehingga ho ditolak, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku merokok dengan kesuburan sperma pada pria. Hasil analisa perilaku merokok terhadap kesuburan sperma pada pria di dapatkan sebagai berikut: Desain studi cross sectional PR = 2 terjadinya prevalensi orang yang memiliki sperma tidak subur 2 kali lebih banyak pada orang yang merokok dibanding yang tidak merokok Desain studi case control OR = 3,5 orang yang merokok diperkirakan berisiko 3,5 kali lebih besar mengalami infertilitas sperma dibandingkan dengan orang yang tidak merokok Desain studi cohort RR = 2 orang yang merokok berisiko 2 kali terjadinya infertilitas sperma dibandingkan dengan orang yang tidak merokok
