of legal age, Filipino, of San Rafael, Donsol, Sorsogon, Philippines, herein referred to as the DONOR. -andDIVINES HARVESTERS MINISTRIES, INTL, a non sectarian entity duly recognized by law, with office address at Palmera Homes, City of San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, represented by Dr. Paul Famorcan DDM, herein referred to as the DONEE.

WHEREAS, the DONOR are the lawful owner of a parcel of land under TCT. No. ____________ situated at ___________________________________; WHEREAS, the DONEE is currently occupying the said parcel of land for the church and worship purposes. WHEREAS, the DONOR is willing to donate the said parcel of land to the DONEE. WHEREAS, the DONEE accepts the donation under condition stipulated hereunder. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, both parties agree on the terms and conditions, to wit: 1. The DONEE shall use the said property solely for religious worshipped and church purposes. 2. The DONEE shall not sell, convey or transfer the said property during the existence of the said religious ministry. 3. In case, the said religious ministry ceases to exercise religious activity in the violation of the provision agreed upon as contain on this Deed of Donation.
