BEEF STEW
Ingredients: 1/2 kilo beef ( cut into cubes) 2 tomatoes 1 bundle of pechay or 1 cabbage ( cut into 6 pcs.) 1 onion, diced 5 garlic cloves Cooking oil 5-6 cups of water Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a big casserole, heat oil and saute the garlic and onions. Add the water, the beef, black pepper and salt. Simmer it for 45minutes or until the beef is tender. Add the potatoes. Continue to simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add the pechay or the cabbage. Do not over cook the vegetables. Serve steaming hot in a bowl.
