What is the Discovery Center? The Discovery Center is an outpatient treatment program for Teens (ages 12-18) with substance use and mental health problems Teens will have a complete psychiatric and substance use intake before starting treatment We offer short-term (12+ individual/group sessions), evidence-based treatment that focuses on increasing teens motivation to change their substance use and providing them with the skills to make these changes Teens referred to our program have the option of pursuing other services, including longer term therapy and medication Teens with opioid dependence (e.g., painkillers, heroin) may be eligible for our office-based buprenorphine (Suboxone) treatment.

Who is this program for? Teens (12-18 years) who are struggling with alcohol or drug use and/or have been court-mandated to attend substance abuse treatment
