Introduction
41. This Framework Agreement sets out:

in the maunga of Tamaki Makaurau,
5, The Crown offers to vest in fee simple in Ng& Mana Whenua o Tamaki Mataurau the
Crown owmned parts of the folowing maurga, to be held in trust and managed forthe
common benefi ofthe mana whenua lhapt of Tamaki Maksurau and the people of

‘simple), each register wil have a notation that wil name each ofthe iia of Na’

customary and historical interests with that maunga tobe recognised in tat way. The
rotaton wil not provide any lagal interests, rights or consequences underthe Land
Transfer Act
