OBJECTIVE: >The baby doesn t respond to the other comfort measures given by the mother >ambulatory ASSESSMENT: Breastfeeding ineffective r/t Unsatisfactory feeding process STG: After 8 hours of nursing intervention the baby will be able to stop crying and will show satisfactory to breastfeeding process LTG: After a couple of weeks the mother will be able to perform proper breastfeeding process and feed her baby adequately Intervention: Dx>established rapport >monitored and recorded V/S >assessed health status >bed side care rendered Edx >assisted in the breastfeeding process as needed. >explained the importance of breastfeeding and its benefits, the proper breast care, and most importantly the proper position in breastfeeding process. > discussed the importance of eating nutritious food during lactation.
