AILS Sjours linguistiques becomes a member of lOffice

As of the beginning of December 2011, AILS Sjours Linguistiques is happy to be a member of lOffice national de garantie des sjours et stages linguistiques. This French association sets high quality standards for language study programmes abroad in terms of program organization, student welcome and supervision, accommodation, and transportation. This membership means that : AILS is committed to honoring the Quality Contract drawn up by official parent organizations and consumer associations. AILS gives its clients (students, parents, teachers) the possibility to refer to a Mediatory Commission in case of a dispute. The Commission is made up of language study travel professionals, consumer associations and parent organizations. As a member, AILS is committed to accepting the Comissions decisions as final.

This commitment reflects the policy that AILS has been developing for over 15 years. Indeed, the driving idea of our company is to guarantee students quality language study programmes as well as thorough preparation and follow-up during their whole stay. By welcoming us as new members, lOffice recognizes the quality of AILS programmes. About AILS AILS was first created in Switzerland in 1996. Nowadays there are 6 AILS agencies, in Lausanne, Geneva, Lyon, Paris, Nice and Brussels.
